For appointment changes within 1 to 8 hours’ notice, a fee of $50 will be charged to your account.

Failure to attend your appointment, or absence during a home visit appointment will incur the full consultation fee to be charged to your account.

For missing a home visit appointment, the full consultation fee and travel fee will be charged to your account.
